Breathing Techniques for Running

If you practice for maybe about 30 seconds breathing at the rate that you're about to breathe that, you'll smoke right through that fucking hill like it's nothing. You may even want to breathe afterwards intentionally a little higher and a little louder than what's even needed. Just picking up running for everybody in the audience is going to be one of the greatest ways that everyone can start training their breathing.
