iv: There are so many things that i've learned in this sphere. One of my favorite findings is how important it is to examine who it is who's setting the goal. When we're the ones that are defining our own targets, we're better at achieving them. You do want to be in a similar psychological state to the one you'll bein when you're actually trying to achieve that goal. But don't set yourself up for unreasonable targets by defines goals and setting goals when you're in a very different frame of mind or in a different physiological state.
