Nancy Reagan had a panic attack when she was four years old. She said, doctor, doctor, I'm dying, don't let me die. Her hands would sometimes become icy cold and then really warm. And her body would become just her face warm and a rosy color. Then she'd get cold and shake some more. The combination of the spontaneous movements, and the shaking and trembling helped reset her nervous system.
