I'm curious if there's elements or things of that business case that you end up using when you negotiate for the price of the deal. Do you mean does the business case sometimes follow the number? Or is it a repurposed? You got this story you built internally on why we're going to do this deal and justify the value. But then in negotiations, they're pushing for this offer when you're trying to validate it.
