The biggest misconception about melotonin is that it's a sleep aid in the sense that people will take it at the time they're going to bed. The best time actually to take it is about anywhere from 90 minutes to a hundred and 20 minutes before you plan on going toSleep, because you need it toso to be working. It can be very safe with children, um, and adolescents and adults. But again, dotyou always check with your doctor.
