How Do I Become a Glugy in Teams?

There's a number of the teams that i worked on probably would have fallen apart without one or two people on those teams. So, ye, i can deftitly think of certain folks. Even flying with some of those folks, like ga, they deftly hold teams together. The challenge for me then is, how do i become a glugy in the teams and the organizations that i'm a part of? Sometimes i just don't want to be the glugr times i just want to go into my hole. But it me a book. Yes, yes.
