The best thing I've heard is that endurance exercises are really good way to manually burn calories. And that is like kind of like strength training, high intensity interval training sprint training whatever you want to do. But one of the underlying benefits of high intensity training is that main maintenance of muscle mass which it exactly over time is going to allow for greater calorie burn.
