Besie, i'm sure everybody wants to know, what? What do you eat? And ye. People want to know, yep. So i am. I tend to eat more in that time restricted feeding pattern when i am a not training for something. Besie, well, when you're trying to run ten miles at a clip, you know, i don't thinkit good. You're already, so, you're already so starved for forn giants trying to re cover. But it's an interesting idea. If you think about, let's say, high carb high fat feeding, you know, hih.
