How to Visualise Your Future Self
You can think of something that you thought negatively about yourself and then in your head you're going to think of three positive things about yourself. Right now, right down into your phone, in your notes, have it in your list and pin it to the top of your lists. I want you to refer back to that list every time you're having a self sabotage moment or you're making a joke about your own appearance or who you are. Read it and remember, remind yourself of these things. Keep them top of mind until that becomes a subconscious thought. Until your subconscious thoughts are more likely to revert back to the things you love about yourself versus the thingsyou hate about yourself.
