The way you score workouts has a massive impact on the stimulus of that workout. The tabata protocol is a phenomenal protocol, but it's been destroyed by our community. We have to get this nice blend between the physical responses that are happening and the psychological expectations that people have of the workout. If we take a protocol like tot, like tobata, which is a great protocol, 20 seconds on, ten seconds off, eight times through four minutes of work, it's really good, basely.
