The Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is a good one to start with because it's just simple. And try it for a while and you figure out and see what it's like. I usually do the Tony Robbins priming exercise, which helps me calm down. Does type of food affect you before sleep? I think it's amadas. It's probably best to not eat a few hours before sleeping. For me, this is a big challenge as I get very hungry at night. My appetite in the morning is very low. But then we know if we keep doing it, eventually it will give us more energy,. better health, feeling stronger.
