The Three Phases of a Three Week Program

The first one is going to be focused on strength and technique. Usually that's going to be three to six weeks. Emphasis is now on snatch and clean and jerk and their variations. So what you're going to see during the three to six week period is a transition from mostly partial snatching and clean and jerks into, by the end of that phase, mostly regular full snatches and clean and Jerks.
