Turia: Endurance training is great for a lot of individuals too, because it does reinforce this whole process oriented mindset. When you rack the weights, it's over. But sometimes when you get yourself into a certain state in cardio, you stop, but the pain's not over. "I think phasic potentiation was something that I just jerked it to a little bit too hard," says Turia.
