Shel wat, i think im imat liston. We're, we're iterating on this right now at hub spot. So w we're working on our b d r play book right now. A, i think a big part of it is, it's that that learning and education. And so if you can create an environment where somebody is getting fed professionally, and they can really grow personally in that professional development, as well as within the company, it's just a good recipe. I had dinner with my boss last night, she's like, what keeps you at hubspot? And it's the learning. It's just, i'm continuing to learn.
