I feel like am im empowered. The best word to describe is empowerment. Am, as much as i love am gog was much more process oriented. Means there were like committees and green lights. And you had to present things. Although that gives you the security that wat you doing is get the blessing and get the green light. But it's very frustrating because we need to convince many different people from any different places of something that's happening in france. So that becomes a, ah, much more local.
