What Is a Mind State?
The first part of the practice is recognizing what a mind state is, discerning one mind state from another. Once you have the agency to do all of that right, recognize the mind state that there and intentionally generate it. These are mainly activities that are suitable to repasin a meditation, not meditation per se. So when i am simply looking at conceptual reality, i can tell which mind state is present or absent. Thot making sense.
