Psychologist: 20-something's are more prone to cognitive errors that we make at all ages. They have a tendency to make short-sighted work or love decisions that may not have legs, because their minds are very present oriented and they're very optimistic. It's hard for them to imagine that the choices they make today might hurt tomorrow. "I see that they're struggling just as much as women, but they just have fewer places to turn with that," he says.
