I thought maybe the way they used to sort of explain what I thought was, was that you know you're losing motor units. And then she said you tend to get it's almost like random and young people and then as you get older, if you've got less murder units you tend to have more bunching of different types. My feeling though was you weren't actually losing the muscle fiber number you were just having, you know, the same number of fibers but less murder units so, you know,.
