How to Measure the Success of a Product Launch?

The biggest piece of advice I have is measure against the real business metrics that you care about. Some other things that companies should be paying attention to on this is especially when you start to get bigger and you're launching products into existing companies. Look at internal effectiveness so going back to an internal comms element measure internal NPS do a quick post launch retro survey to all the different teams that are involved in that launch process getting feedback from sales support etc.
