The Importance of Humanity in Sales

Paul: I think there's a middle ground where numbers rule almost everything. And if you have a great sales culture or business culture, they add in, at least for sales,. They add in the human components. If it is a number driven company and they have no people skills, I'd run as fast as possible. But when we see any of the best, so it's kind of now going to the top right,  of the very, very best, where they have great sales culture, great numbers, meaning realistic expectations, they take care of their people. It just depends on how you fit.
