Do You Fear Fructose in Your Diet?

Fructose is more harmful than glucose. Even having more fructose in high fructose corn syrup versus sucrose can actually potentially play an additional harmful role too. There's a lot of nuance there that hasn't been appreciated. I'll go out on a limb and tell people to consume 10 ounces of orange juice twice a day. This is pretty beneficial for humans.
