Do You Really Want to Be a Meditator?

Most habits don't show any results for quite a long time, i am sorry to say. I actually think a social media at its best is that, well, ye, even if they're not people you know personally, you can literally your feed with people who believe the same things as you,. and you start kind of internalizing those messages exactly. And who knows, you might make a real connection with somebody too. Yes, i think that' so next listener, one, i want to be a meditator so bad. You know, meditate for five minutes a day at first.
