People come to le bernardin not to have a wader star or shef star. We are here to make your experience the best we can. The waiter has to be, e, very generous in this way. And then in fine dining in europe, people are very quiet and silent. It's almost like they are in church, which i dislike. I like restaurants with ambients and good wives and so on.
