The Dynamic Mechanism of Inflation
I believe the original goal of inflation was to say, you know, we see features of the universe, it looks more or less the same on very large scales. And it was only by examining the theory more carefully realized that somewhere else in the universe, inflation is still going on and things could look very different from place to place. I don't agree with his perspective as fully as he proposes it. We have to recognize that we need a larger mathematical architecture that can really allow us to make predictions within that kind of larger cosmological framework.
