What's the Feeling Tone Now of That Thought?
If you're thinking about something pleasant and it's just pleasant, then allow yourself to savour that. Notice when the guilt starts, and notice the feeling tone then changes to that. And then there's a tendency to want to chase away the unpleasantness. Just notice how you are with it, frame by frame, and also the consequences of the slightly unpleasant feeling tone of the guilt and the slightly pleasant feeling tone to the review and er er. Then see what's going on in your own mind and how you can work with this. Thank you very much.
