Tricks to Tap Into Your Prefrontal When You're Feeling Anxious?

Self awareness is one way to tap into your prefrontal when you're feeling very limbic. You know that you're not in your highest order thinking, so even just a flag it helps because you can say to yourself, I will eventually settle down and I'll be more able or I can do something right now to work with my anxiety. Those meanings help us handle a lot of discomfort. It's usually going into the uncertainty and knowing that you're choosing to do that. Right? Just like you go to the gym. If anybody were if you were just without any context to suddenly be feeling what you feel when you're exercising, right? But because we have we know we're choosing to
