Low Frequency Band Power in Bi Hacking Wearables

The low frequency band ranges from point zero, four herts all the way up to point one, five herts. This is a common range to train autonomic balance and vagal tone. The high frequency band can reflect para sympathetic activity. And we also refer to this as the respiratory band, because it corresponds to heart rate variations related to the respiratory cycle. When there is total vaga blockage, this will virtually all the oscillations found in the high frequency band and will reduce the power of both bands.
