I think it's huge I think clinicians they can see a patient in distress on CPAP and we'll change them to high flow. Does that impact the separation of the groups to assess for non-inferiority? Yeah sure. John Ray is a concern that if your bias is towards high flow and you're in the high flow group you're reading a protocol but you'll take them off high flow really quickly because you know it's consistent with what you want to do. That being said it's hugely important to do these randomizations to sort of try and get that separation to inform this practice so that these intellectual priors are at least supported by some evidence.
