It's difficult to take the time and have the fortitude to play a game when things are unstable, but it's part of what we have to do. I left office hours for the team twice a day for the entire project to come talk to whatever they wanted to. Some people were either intimidated by me because they didn't know me or maybe because I'm very blunt... So it was kind of like it was there.
