i am perhaps most inspired by seeing older people who are maintaining their health and fitness. When i see an eight year old guy in the gim that really inspires me. I want to eventually be that person. Can you imagine not being able to do that, not being self sufficient enough to go to the bathroom on your own? It's a huge benefit of fitness that many people who are younger, i overlook y people.
