Head space is the one that i use, although i have to admit publicly here that i do not do it every day. I find that the definition the head space uses of mindfulness meditation maybe is a little bit more approachable for a lot of people who have some qualms about the idea of meditation because of the spiritual view of it. We don't really look at the state of our mind, even though our mind is what we used to make it through every moment of the day. And after looking at everything, things that came out of that process was very, very limited. Very few things allow us to hold around seven or eight different pieces of information in our minds all at once.
