How Did You Discover Himalayan Tartar Buckwheat?
Himalayan tartary buckwheat has been found to improve blood pressure through the immune system. It is grown in upstate New York by Sam Beer, a former Cornell agriculture research professor. He and his wife had a hobby farm where they now grow it on an organic basis. They say there are no gluten-free products that can be made from this product.
