The Strengths and Limitations of a Peer-Reviewed Training Log

It's very difficult to do research on these athletes because they found a formula that apparently worked for them and they don't want to change that. So we try to be reasonable in our interpretations. But then of course this is not peer reviewed, it's training log so in secondary sources, there's a main dominance,. It's not so many women in our material unfortunately. There are a few training groups that have been very open about their training or the groups are more locked than others. You kind of just need to be aware that it might be biased by a few groups which use different types of intensely social and terminologies but we really tried to put it into the same framework as other studies
