On the palate it is sound, it is dry, very dry in fact, has medium body and the fruits are confirmed. There's this almost like toasted nut cheesy type character. The acid here is high, the alcohol is moderate and there is no phenolic bitterness to speak of. It's definitely a wine that I would want to drink on the regular and it would disappear quite quickly"
