Swimming as Cross Training for the Bike and the Run Um

If in doubt it's better to do swim at your own pace most of the time yeah. To go faster you might have to put in significantly higher effort all right uh next one benefits of swimming as cross training for the bike and the run um i think it depends on your level  if you're focusing on cycling and running then potentially would be worth focusing your energy more on them. There is some crossover especially at a lower level just because there's more to be gained from putting in extra hours of training almost.
