How to Understand the Why of a Departure
There are three ways of getting at the why. The first is you can go on a fishing expedition, definitely. Then there are methods that will scan all of the variables associated with a person and say here are some I suppose factors within a variable that are associated with a higher risk of departure. And then the third way in which we can understand things is when we start blending some of our data sources. So it doesn't tell you what to do, but it brings to your attention what's actually going on.
