What Is Sarcoplasmic Reticulum?

The sarco plasmic reticulum is where calcium ions hang out in muscle cells. When your cell receives the signal to tract, what happens is the psarco plasm aticulum dumps a whole bunch of calcium ions out into your actual muscle fibre. And that is what triggers the actual contraction in the muscle fibre itself. But generally speaking, the wayth your muscles contract is that you imagine, obviously, imagine yourself back from when you learned i biology classan mean, a muscle cells are our fibres.
