Jesse: How do you figure out the cadence for releasing new features? He says there is a pressure to ship versus shipping, right? Jesse: We were heavily influenced by this book called forty x for disciplines of execution. It makes a distinction between lag measures and lead measures. And so i think on in terms of shipping new features, a good lead measure would be performing five usability tests with bata testers.
