For me, I think it's consistency. I have to do it consistently. Days in a week where I do it in my very, depending on the kind of work that I'm doing,. how much and consistency with focus. My Sunday means give everything up, don't do anything. It works brilliantly because it helps me recoup. Why is 70 or 60 a number, where they say senior citizen, what do you mean by that when it comes to health? That's why it consists. Absolutely.
