How Much Training Should You Give to Your Athletes?

Athletes can tell you what they have done in the past, inter of the amount and type of training. And that it's quite helpful to get a good judgment about what kind of load the body has already had in the past. So if you see with the with a young athlete of 20 years, that he trained already weeks of 30 hours, 30 training hours a week. But that he tels o yer, there were different phases when i was really, really tired, and i could not move,. Or perhaps some kind of injuries or some kind of e getting sick more often than usual.
