What Happened to the Super Low Low Volume Group?
The group saw strength increases in the range of 6% to 13%. They gained, they gained about five kilos on their squat over six weeks. That was it. So what, yeah, it makes sense, but I'm just curious, like, why did you put, let's say like a coach's opinion on the pedestal? Like, why did that become the standard? Because like, to me, a five kilo increase is about 12, 12 pounds.
