Do You Do Unilateral Workouts?

Everything i'm doing is always related back to the the speed component. I do a lot of like, super ong isometric split squatswe're going to try to hold it anywhere from two to five minutes wher i just get my feet real far apart and tear down. And i've there's a couple, trying to remember, i can't remember the exact name, but i've heard a few pod casts people to talk about how that's good for ten and helth when you're doing like soup or long, extreme isymmetric stuff. So i'm sorry to ruin that.
