Olympic Lifting Bars - The Basics
If you want to move into the Olympic lifts, I think a good Olympic lifting bar is not a bad thing to pick up. If you can get an adjustable bench that has squat standards on it, and you're training by yourself, that was my first major purchase. So we got the big three. The kettlebell, the ab wheel, the suspension trainer. But you could achieve the bulkier goals with those three pieces of equipment.
