Anxiety is like one of my oldest relationshipsi it's literally travelled with me throughout my life. So i think for a lot ofof fellow travellers, you know, feeling your anxiety might be more comfortable then doing something that scares you. There are two main different therapeutic approaches to anxiety: cognitive behavior or therape approach and mindfulness in acceptance approach. For some people, just kind of hearing about the concept of the strategy can kind of be useful for recognizing that you want to just externalize your, your anxiety a little bit.
