Is It a Journey?

I think a lot of people are struggling with their gut health so we know that in the UK only about one in ten adults meets the recommendation for fiber. So things like IBS, eight out of ten people who've got irritable bowel syndrome are women and we know that changing your diet although not automatically adding in lots of fiber rich food can make a huge difference. Even focusing on things like deep breathing, stress management techniques, getting more movement in,. these can all help with these sorts of conditions. But I do work with various people who sometimes are trying to manage chronic conditions as well as those who want to prevent future complications.
