When he was 220 pounds, Bill ff ran a sub 20 minute five k. To get to there, i did it with not that much - between the ten and 15 hours. The thing that i put huge amounts of ours into was the eating. As much time goes into the food side and nutrition as it does the exercise. Nobody really on social media cares about my times more than lifting those midioes. You don't have to sychical bubble to achieve these things.
