Are you typically working for the same subset of clients and recruiting for them on an ongoing basis? Or is it quite sales-focused and a lot of one-off transactions? It's a bit of both. I think the easiest way of business development is winning a client and keeping that client at Greg within it, which we aim to do. We've now got 19 desks across the business that we cover. So private equity, graduates, HR, change of transformation, CFO, tax, legal, etc. That is really helpful to learn a little bit more about the sector.
