CrossFit is a great novice program and it's a very good way to learn some of the lifts my big beef with this is it's not specific it's it's not training for climbing. Nick Zarnaki and I tested it out for climbing and like that didn't work out for us and so we moved on but what I really my big Beef with it I think it's a It depends on what you're eating during that time if you're eating any excess food your body's hypertrophy responses is elevated.
