How to Get the Most Out of Your Crossfit Training
"I've gone through a phase recently where my crossfit has taken quite a back seat," he says. "Anytime that I can get that schedule going in my training, that seems to be where I really not only enjoy my training, but I tend to thrive" His ideal is usually like a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday workout, Thursday is off, a Friday, Saturday workout, and then a Sunday is off.
