I don't think we get hurt more often than the men. Not in fights anyways. Perhaps in training though, I do know that knee injuries and we train a lot with men. Still, it's changing though. Now I primarily train with women. It was a real treat to be able to train with a female. Your body's actually going to take that same punch differently based off the sex hormone that's showing up at that time. So you're actually going to have less even if you got hit with the same punch when estrogen is in her glory compared to like in the front half of your cycle. That is so wild to me. This is something crazy. I never knew.
